It’s a universal principle of change takes time and recovery being a form of change takes time as well but the fascinating question one can ask is if it can be helped. The answer at the first glance might seem like a dead end however upon close analysis it can be witnessed that there’s still room for progress.
Considering the fact that humans are creatures specializing in survival through adaptation and not only in physiological but a person as a whole maintains this status of adaptation through it’s all being including both physical and mental levels. Even if we observe in a person’s day to day life a person’s always healing and adapting at the subtle most level of their being.
